By accessing or using SGO Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an SGO, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

SGO Pro is a software platform that helps SGOs manage qualified contributions, family applications, fund allocations, and reporting. We do not provide tax or legal advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for lawful scholarship program operations
• Maintain accurate organization, donor, and student records
• Protect account credentials and restrict access to authorized staff
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGO Pro is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
