SGO Pro provides software for scholarship granting organizations (SGOs). This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our platform.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email, and organization details
- Donor and family application data submitted through your SGO portal
- Payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Encrypted tax identifiers required for compliance workflows
- Usage, audit, and security logs
How we use information
- Operate contribution, application, and disbursement workflows
- Generate receipts, reports, and audit records
- Send transactional emails such as receipts and status updates
- Maintain platform security and prevent fraud
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (for example, Stripe for payments and Resend for email delivery), and when required by law.
